Dear Frank,
I would just like to take a moment to commend your sales and technical team for the high level of "Customer Dedication" they've exhibited over the past month. My husband and I started having trouble with our boiler the weekend of October 16th. We called around and got a few quotes. Although yours was not the least expensive, we decided to go with your company for many reasons.
The most important reason was the service from the person who walked into our door. Our home comfort specialist, Jimmy Torres, was wonderful. He sat and explained everything to us and even had you come over and take a look to make sure he was correct in the diagnosis. He had wonderful follow up with the quote that was given to us and follow through to the finish of the project. A couple of days later Nick came back to install our thermostats and make sure the lines were bleed properly.
Since then we have had one minor problem with a shut off valve for our water and all I did was call Jimmy and Lona in the office and they made an appointment to come and take care of it. In the world of competition you guys rate #1 with service!!
Once again, it's nice to know that the Advantage is willing and able to assist their customers after the sale. In fact, that's just the time the customer needs such help the most and Jimmy, Lona, and Nick were there for us every step of the way. I would be happy to recommend Advantage in the future to any of our friends. We will be using Advantage for all of our future plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.
